Historic Aughadown stories brought to life in new local history book

Aughadown ICA were delighted to make a presentation to Aughadown Community Playschool and also to Sally Dally's Christmas Shoebox appeal from the proceeds of their pop-up museum in Skibbereen Town Hall last summer.

Aughadown ICA recently hosted a Christmas wreath demonstration by Iris Sweetnam, and we were delighted to be joined by friends from Leap Guild. It was a most enjoyable afternoon, with beautiful wreaths and floral arrangements created during the demonstration. These were raffled afterwards. We finished the evening with a cup of tea and plenty of friendly chat
